Exclusive Domain
We offer domain exclusivity for Tier-1 partners. If we build a breakthrough architecture for a Luxury Real Estate agency, we do not deploy that exact logic for their direct competitor during the active partnership.
Grace Period
Upon termination of a partnership, a 12-month non-compete applies to the specific proprietary workflows developed jointly between Fosferon and the Agency.
Open
Standard functional agents (e.g., basic Front Desk bots) remain open to all partners to ensure the speed of innovation is not artificially throttled.
