Who we are
Atrapos is operated by Fosferon Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus. Fosferon Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. For anything in this policy, write to info@fosferon.com or call +357 99 316200.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, email address, the role you select, and your message. This is delivered to our team by email and handled as ordinary business correspondence.
Waitlist. Your email address, used once — to tell you when capacity returns — and for nothing else.
Conversations with our agents. When you talk to an Atrapos agent such as Iris, we store the conversation: the messages you send, the agent's replies, and the structured brief produced at the close. If you share your name or email in the conversation, those are recorded with it. Each deployment's conversations are kept in an isolated database schema, separate from every other deployment.
Technical data. We run self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami) that records page views and referrers without tracking you across sites and without advertising identifiers. The site sets a session cookie required for the application to function; it is not used for tracking. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are kept for security and operations.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or connect you with the right person.
- To operate the conversation itself — an agent cannot answer without processing what you write.
- To produce the structured brief a conversation closes with, which a human reviews before anything else happens.
- To improve an agent's knowledge of its own domain. Observations extracted from conversations serve the deployment they came from; they are not pooled across clients.
- To keep the service secure and understand aggregate usage.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not train foundation models on your conversations.
Legal bases
Under the GDPR we rely on: legitimate interest for responding to inquiries, operating and securing the service, and aggregate analytics; consent for the waitlist; and contract where a conversation or engagement is a step towards one.
Talking to an AI system
Every Atrapos agent identifies itself as an AI system — honesty is architecture here, not a footnote. Conversation content is processed by third-party large language models to generate replies, and — for voice-enabled agents — by a speech synthesis provider. These providers process content to provide the service; they are listed below.
Processors we use
- OpenRouter — routes conversation content to the language model serving each agent.
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis, for voice-enabled agents only.
- Stripe — payment processing for client engagements. We never see or store card numbers.
- Zoho Mail — delivery of transactional email, including contact-form messages.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where they do, transfers rely on the safeguards in our agreements with them, including standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Conversation records are kept for the retention window agreed with each deployment's operator. Contact-form messages and waitlist entries are kept as long as the correspondence is live and removed when it no longer serves a purpose. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for correction, for deletion, for a portable copy, or to object to a processing activity. Write to info@fosferon.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or your local supervisory authority.
Security
The service is hosted in the European Union, on infrastructure provided by Hetzner. Data is encrypted in transit. Each deployment's data lives in an isolated database schema. Access to production systems is restricted to the people who operate them.
Children
The service is directed at organisations and is not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When our data practices change, this page changes with them — the date at the top tells you when. Material changes to how conversations are processed will be noted prominently.
Terms of Service
The service
Atrapos deploys and hosts purpose-built Cognitive AI Agents on behalf of client organisations. This website, and the reference agent Iris, exist so you can evaluate what that means. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements; where those agreements and this page differ, the agreement prevails.
Conversations are not advice
Agents speak within boundaries their operators define, and every conversation closes with a brief a human reviews. Nothing an agent says constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and no conversation forms a contract on its own — commitments are made by people, in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach another deployment's data, probe or overload the infrastructure, use the agents to generate unlawful content, or misrepresent the output of a conversation as a commitment by Fosferon or its clients.
Fees
Standard pricing is published on the pricing page: a fixed setup fee, a flat monthly hosting retainer per persona, and third-party costs passed through without markup. Agency and enterprise terms are agreed per engagement.
Intellectual property
The Atrapos platform, its design system, and the methodology behind it remain the property of Fosferon Ltd. Knowledge a client provides to build their agent remains the client's. Briefs produced by a client's agent belong to that client.
Liability
The website and the reference agent are provided as they are, for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, Fosferon Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Liability under client engagements is defined in the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall to the jurisdiction of its courts.
