Passed through at cost
Commodity inputs are billed at exactly what the providers charge us. You see the invoice line; we add nothing to it.
Model usage billed at provider rates. You choose the intelligence tier; the cost is the cost.
Voice-enabled personas carry the synthesis charge exactly as the provider meters it.
Where an agent answers or places calls, carrier charges pass through untouched.
What the setup fee covers:
The consulting-led path from intake to go-live — purpose and boundary definition, persona and governance build, scenario testing, joint review in staging, and a supported launch. It starts at €500 and scales with the complexity of the agent — quoted once, at intake, and the quote does not move. Knowledge-base ingestion is priced separately by volume, from €200 for roughly the first 25,000 words; where a persona speaks, voice wiring is a one-time €200.
How an agent is deployed →Sound reasonable? It is meant to.
